A class designed to improve balance, endurance, and strength through working with bands, floor exercises, ladder exercises, weights, and more! A class to challenge you and make you sweat on the way to continue advancing your fitness and HEALTH through exercise!

A class designed to incorporate cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength for full body HEALTH. A series focused towards low-moderate fitness levels and mild disabilities. Work with agility training, dumbbells, exercise balls, resistance bands, and weight machines to increase your HEALTH! It is always a fun time as you make new friends and reach new goals!

Energetic, fun, and intense workout with cardio and weights to improve HEALTH through exercising in a circuit!

wake up & pump up your health!
A workout series all about improving your HEALTH through strengthening exercises for the upper body, lower body, and core through incorporation of all different exercises and equipment including agility ladders, balance equipment, cardio machines, resistance bands, and weights. No need to be in excellent shape—all levels of each exercise are provided!
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:15 a.m.
health exercise for seniors
1 hour, 3 times a week of group exercise incorporating sitting and standing balance, range of motion and light-moderate resistance exercises. A program focused toward seniors wanting to be more active and HEALTHY.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:00 a.m.
Taught by Vicki Salvini, CYT, and certified yoga teacher. 1 hour class, suitable for beginner to moderate ability levels. Come and see how the many benefits of yoga can help you reach maximum HEALTH. The class blends traditional hatha yoga poses with relaxation techniques to help you manage stress.
