Advanced Rehabilitation & Health Specialists Workplace Wellness & Health Communication
Our Workplace Wellness & Health Communication program provides you with the opportunity to allow your employees to grow both in health and in wellness. We offer a variety of services, ranging from simple brown bag lunch educational services to a full health needs assessment which allows us to determine what your employees’ health needs and desires are.
This Workplace Wellness program is designed to improve employees’ health and wellness through health promotions, health communications, and healthy lifestyles. It is also designed to decrease healthcare costs to employees and more important to improve morale and job satisfaction. This programming includes two specific areas with a variety of options in between:
1. Determining employee health needs
b. Employee Surveys
c. Organization’s requests
2. Providing interventions related to the employee health needs mentioned above or as requested by the organization
a. Communication Messages
b. Facilitation Programming
These programs can lead to a more individualized program based on employees’ health needs and requests. They can be as large or as small as the employer sees needed.
